We are a direct-pay facility; that means patients pay us directly (no insurance or other third-party is involved; we do not bill insurance).  We strive to make our prices very affordable and very easy to understand.  However, if you have any questions, please contact us.

For acute care clinic services, payment is expected at time of visit.  For home medical care, payment is expected prior to the actual home visit.

We do not provide billing codes, but we do provide receipts.  Patients may submit invoices to their private health insurance, but our services may not be reimbursed.  Our services are NOT covered by Medicare or Medicaid and will NOT  be reimbursed.
