Successful Event and Next Steps

BMC Update:  27 MAR 2024

In February, we had a great meeting for area physicians and other clinicians.  We had a good turn-out and many good questions.  We are excited to see that medical folks are realizing the need for this kind of medical center.

Next steps for Beacon Medical Center require raising more money.  Donations are always welcome (donate here).

BMC February Informational Meeting

20 DEC 2023

Beacon Medical Center is hosting another information meeting on 08 FEB 2024 for area physicians and other clinicians, whether direct-pay, traditional insurance, alternative medicine, or other style of practice.

Invitations have been sent out, but if you would like to attend and have not received an invitation, we don't mean to exclude you.  Just contact us for more information.

We need the support of physicians and other clinicians in our community to make this medical center a success.

We are looking forward to a great turnout.

BMC Physician Informational Meeting

09 DEC 2023

The informational meeting for direct-pay physicians on 07 DEC 2023 was a success.

Dr. Dibble gave a presentation about the vision of Beacon Medical Center.  Afterward was a great discussion about ideas to move the project forward and to involve area physicians.

A special thanks to Candace and Donnie, Community Advisory Board members, for their help in setting up this meeting and providing food.  Some of the attendees even got a special gift of fresh hot peppers.

BMC Midwife Informational Meeting

14 SEP 2023

Beacon Medical Center wants to support midwives in their philosophy and practice.  To launch this collaboration, BMC hosted an informational meeting for area midwives on 14 SEP 2023.

Dr. Dibble presented the vision for the medical center and how the midwives can be involved and how the medical center can support midwives.  There were great questions from the midwives, and they agreed to organize a committee to provide further recommendations.

Candace and Donnie, Community Advisory Board members, helped to organize this event and provided food.
